Using OfferMesh
OfferMesh provides software for operating affiliate networks. You agree to use the platform only for lawful affiliate marketing activities. Prohibited uses include running offers that promote illegal products, malware distribution, or deceptive advertising.
Your network, your responsibility
You are responsible for the offers you run, the affiliates you approve, and the advertisers you work with. OfferMesh provides the infrastructure; the compliance and legal obligations of your network are yours.
Billing
Plans are billed monthly. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not issue prorated refunds for partial months.
Free trial
The 14-day free trial is available once per account. At the end of the trial, you choose a paid plan to continue. Trial accounts that do not convert are paused and data is retained for 30 days before deletion.
Uptime and SLA
We target 99.9% uptime for the tracking infrastructure. The API and admin panel are best-effort. We do not offer financial SLA credits on standard plans.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraud, or are used for activities that harm our infrastructure or other customers. We will provide notice where reasonably possible.
