How does the free trial work?
14 days, fully functional. Tracking links are live, the white-label portal is active, you can onboard real affiliates. No credit card required. At the end of the trial, choose a plan to continue or your account pauses.
Can affiliates use their own domain for tracking links?
Yes. You add a custom tracking domain (like track.yourbrand.com) from the settings panel. We handle the SSL certificate automatically via Cloudflare.
What does white-label actually mean here?
Your affiliates never see OfferMesh branding. The portal runs on your domain, shows your logo, and uses your brand colors. The emails come from your domain. Tracking links use your tracking domain.
How does postback tracking work?
Each offer has a postback URL. When a conversion fires, the advertiser's platform hits that URL with the click ID and any conversion data. We also support pixel tracking for advertisers that cannot do server-to-server.
What counts as a conversion for billing?
An approved conversion event is one that passes fraud checks and is marked as valid. Rejected or duplicate conversions do not count against your limit.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fees. The monthly plan price is the only cost.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel at any time from the billing portal. You keep access until the end of the billing period.
Do you support mobile app tracking?
Yes. OfferMesh supports S2S postback for mobile app conversions via the standard click ID parameter. Deep link support with deferred attribution is on the roadmap.
